Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 x fresh pitted medjool date
¼ cup rolled oats
1tsp ground turmeric
2 x cardamom pods
1 small chunk peeled ginger
400ml preferred milk (we use soy or coconut)
Method
Blend until smooth and add more milk if required. Sprinkle with chia seeds and an extra pinch turmeric if desired.
Fort Green
Ingredients
2 x frozen bananas
1 x handful greens (fresh kale)
2 x pitted medjool dates (preferably soaked overnight)
1 x heaped TBS coconut yoghurt
1/4 tsp. spirulina
350ml coconut water
Method
Blend until smooth, add more liquid if it is too thick (depends on the size of the bananas!) We sprinkle ours with dried coconut and freeze dried raspberries to make it Insta worthy ;)
Blueberry, Cashew & Macadamia Milk Smoothie
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 avocado
1 TBS raw cashews
1 pitted medjool date
400ml macadamia milk (or preferred plant milk)
Method
Blend until smooth and serve.
We topped ours with edible rose petals- definitely not essential, just looks pretty- right?
Strawberry Fields
Ingredients
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1TBS coconut yoghurt
1tsp chia seeds
1TBS honey
400ml coconut milk
Method
Blend until smooth and serve. Sprinkle with some shredded coconut, a few chia seeds and we used freeze dried raspberries (just for presentation ;))
This one is great for the little ones as well!
Breakfast Balance
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 pitted medjool date (preferably soaked overnight)
1 dried fig (preferably soaked overnight)
1/4 cup rolled oats OR preferred granola (this takes it to the next level!)
1 scoop preferred plant based vanilla protein powder
400ml almond milk
Method:
Blend until smooth and top with a few extra frozen berries if you would like.
Blackberry and Basil Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup frozen blackberries
1 heaped tablespoon of chopped basil (or more if you desire)
1/4 avocado
2 TBS coconut yoghurt
1pitted medjool pitted date
350ml preferred plant milk

Blend until smooth and serve.
Vanilla Protein and White Peach Smoothie
Ingredients
1 frozen banana, chopped
1 white peach, chopped and pitted
2 TBS Vanilla Bean plant based Protein Powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1TBS honey or maple syrup OR 1 pitted medjool date
400 ml preferred plant milk (we use coconut!
Method
Blend until smooth and top with shredded coconut and bee pollen (optional).

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1/4 avocado
1TBS coconut yoghurt
1 TBS honey
4-5 fresh mint leaves (or more if you like it minty!)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
400ml coconut milk
Method
Blend until smooth and serve. Some pomegranate seeds to top add a delicious, crunchy burst of sweetness.
Raspberry, Coconut and Macadamia Smoothie
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 TBS coconut yoghurt
1 TBS raw macadamia nuts
1 TBS raw honey or 1 pitted medjool date
400ml coconut milk or preferred plant milk
Method
Blend all the ingredients except the macadamia nuts until smooth.
Top with macadamias and serve.
Salted Caramel MudShake
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1 heaped TBS raw cacao
1TBs almond butter
2 pitted medjool dates
1 pinch sea salt
400ml almond milk
Optional 1TBS cacao nibs to top
Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth and thick.
Top with a pinch of extra cacao powder and nibs.
Super Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1tsp acai powder
1tsp dried goji berries
2 TBS coconut yoghurt
1tsp honey
400ml preferred plant milk
Method
Blend until smooth, top with fresh strawberries and blueberries if desired.
Green Monster Smoothie
Ingredients
1 green apple chopped and cored
¼ avocado
1 cup spinach
8 raw almonds
1 cup coconut water
1 cup ice
Method
Blend until smooth and serve.
